Who you are buying from

Plinth (plinthmarket.com) is run by Greyloft, a company registered in Nigeria. Greyloft is the seller of every licence on this site and processes your payment. Your bank or card statement shows Greyloft.

What you buy

You buy a licence for a theme. The licence gives you the theme files, a licence key, updates and support for the period shown on the theme page (12 months unless it says otherwise), and the right to use the key on a number of live sites.

Personal covers one live site, Extended five, Agency unlimited, including sites you build for clients. Local, staging and test sites do not count towards the limit.

When the update period ends, the theme keeps working as it is. You can renew for another period of updates and support.

Licence to the code

Our WordPress themes and plugins are licensed under the GNU General Public License, version 2 or later, like WordPress itself. Fonts, icons and other bundled files carry the licences listed in each download's licensing file.

Demo photos appear in our live previews only and are not included in downloads. Demo imports use placeholders.

Your licence key, updates, support and account are for you (or, on Agency, your clients' sites that you build and maintain). Sharing or reselling keys is not allowed and we may deactivate keys that are shared.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency you choose, include any fees we charge, and are the amount you pay. Your bank or card provider may add its own charges for foreign currency.

Payments are taken by Paystack on behalf of Greyloft. We never see or store your card details.

Your licence key and download are delivered on the order page and by email as soon as Paystack confirms the payment.

Upgrades

You can move a licence to a higher tier at any time from your account and pay the difference in price. The key stays the same.

Support

Support covers help with installing and setting up the theme, and fixing problems in the theme itself. It does not cover custom design or development, third-party plugins or hosting problems, though we will point you in the right direction when we can.

Refunds

Liability

We test every release, but we provide the themes as they are, without a promise that they will suit every purpose or work with every plugin and host. Keep backups of your site before installing or updating any theme.

To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim about a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law that cannot be limited.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms. The terms in force when you bought a licence apply to that purchase.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria.
